
Meet the speakers
Christina Krzyrosiak Hansen

Christina Krzyrosiak Hansen holds a bachelor degree in sociology from University of Copenhagen and has the great title as mayor for Holbæk municipalities’ 72.000 citizens.
Her political career began in 2013, where she was elected for the municipal council in Holbæk, and it soon took off for her, when she was elected as the mayor of Holbæk in 2017 at age 24, which made her the youngest mayor ever in Denmark.
The biggest mission for Christina Krzyrosiak Hansen has been to get her municipality’s economy under control and to be close with the citizens. This is a mission that she has succeeded well at and therefore also resulted in her receiving The Dialogue prize from the Danish media Altinget in 2019.

Ida Hinding

Ida Hinding has a master in Business Administration and Psychology from Copenhagen Business School, which she finished in 2019 with her master thesis about the myth of equality in the Danish power elite.
In august 2019 Ida Hinding started at VP Securities, where she worked as a Project Manager for IT compliance projects. In December 2019 she received her current title as “Strategy Execution Consultant” which has resulted in a lot of differentiating tasks, e.g. her latest role as “Integration Lead” in Denmark on the merge of VP Securities and the French company Euronext.
Besides her exciting projects at work, she spends a great deal of her time as an advisor and sparring partner for both start-ups, established companies and private persons, who do diversity-promoting initiatives – including our team at Female Leadership Academy.

Kathy Siddiqui

Kathy Siddiqui holds two master of arts in Cultural Studies and in American Studies and has on top of that an American TESOL Advanced Certification from The American TESOL Institute.
In 2017 Kathy Siddiqui founded Active Action that supports companies, organizations, municipalities and institutions in order to increase attraction and specifically retention of highly skilled Internationals and their families.
For Kathy Siddiqui, her focus is that all internationals have a right to thrive. And the object of Active Action is therefore to acknowledge, discuss and manage various challenges and experiences that both expat families and employers are faced with in order to create a thriving and positive environment.

Mette Nørgaard

Mette Nørgaard has a BA in physical therapy, an MBA, and a Ph.D. in Human and Organizational Development. All of which is connected by her profound interest in human potential.
In 2004 Mette Nørgaard founded Strategic Leadership and Learning, where she has worked with the executive team companies like PANDORA, YLE (Finish Broadcasting), Metro International, and many US Corporations. She has also worked with HighPotential Leaders in many Fortune 500 companies incl. Campbell’s and Microsoft.
Moreover, Mette Nørgaard is the writer of the two New York bestsellers; “The Ugly Duckling Goes to Work” and “Touchpoints”. In addition, Mette writes a leadership column for Børsens Executive Section.

KPMG

KPMG describes themselves as “pioneers at heart” and they make a positive impact on their clients and society by having the courage to be different and exploring new territories, working shoulder to shoulder with their clients.
KPMG also makes a great effort when it comes to inclusion and diversity, both globally with a Head of Global Inclusion and Diversity, and locally with small KPMG communities focused on for instance gender, LGBT+ and mental health. The main goal of those initiatives is to ensure equality for all members of the KPMG network.

Prokura

At Prokura, they specialize in creating measurable and sustainable results by optimizing procurement and supply chain for their clients.
Prokura was founded in 2008, on the eve of one of the biggest economic downturns ever. The financial crisis made it clear that optimizing procurement and streamlining supply chains can have an important impact on competitiveness. Since then, they have used their sharp focus on purchasing and supply chain optimization to help their clients create substantial and immediate improvements to their bottom line.
