Who we are
At Female Leadership Academy, we’re on a mission to increase diversity in leadership. We launched our first Academy back in 2020, and since then we’ve helped over +5000 students and professionals develop their leadership skills and get a head-start in their careers.
Who you are
You want to be part of a team of highly engaged volunteers and help the organisation grow. You are curious, eager to learn, and independently driven. We value relevant experiences and studies, but most importantly we expect you to be driven to learn and support Female Leadership Academy on our mission to increase diversity in leadership.
We specifically seek someone who likes working in excel, making sense and presenting insights from data. You should be interested in modelling and extracting data of our communities, and is passionate about taking FLA´s community to the next level.
Tasks
You will contribute to collect insights of the FLA community to both partner presentations, networking team, and help marketing optimise their communication. You will work independently and collectively, and have a lot of autonomy to influence FLA community to excel to the next level.
The Team
The marketing team consists of a Head of Marketing and PR two marketing project managers, one connected to Networks team and one connected to the Professional Academy team. Furthermore the team consist of a PR Lead, Creative Specialist, and Podcast Speicalist.
Time
We expect approx. 5 – 10 hours per week. This will vary depending on the workload in the organisation, your exam periods and other responsibilities.
