Your shortcut to management

Women are under-represented in top management. Female Leadership Academy helps you get there.

We are lacking behind on gender equality

In World Economic Forum’s Global Gender Gap Report 2020, Denmark receives an overall 14th place far behind our Nordic neighbors, and the numbers become even more discouraging when we look further into the report. When it comes to the number of women in top positions like legislators, senior officials, and managers, Denmark’s has a 102. place, and when it comes to equal pay for equal work, Denmark has a 52. place in the world.

We inform, educate and connect the leaders of tomorrow

At Female Leadership Academy we aspire to get more women in top leadership positions, and we believe that efforts must be made already during the student time. Through our leadership academy, open events, a network of members, and a podcast, we empower female leadership and help future female leaders maximize their potential.
